Nicole is your expert Baby Sleep Consultant who develops personalised sleep plans, tailored settling techniques, and sustainable support that align with your parenting style and your child's unique temperament.

Sound familiar?

Maybe your little one is:

  • Relying on you to fully assist them in falling asleep and this has now become unsustainable for you
  • Consistently waking up overnight when you know they have the potential to sleep longer stretches

She was so supportive, easy to talk to, and always took the time to answer all my questions.

What I really appreciated was that she was never pushy and made sure I felt comfortable with every step we took.

Frequently asked questions

Will my baby have to cry?

Cry it out is not used at Nicole Nurtures. On the questionnaire you choose between 'parent out of the room' and 'parent in the room' settling techniques, and your plan is written around whichever you pick.

Do you work with breastfed babies?

Yes. The sleep questionnaire asks how your baby is fed (breastfed, formula, expressed breast milk or mixed fed), and the milk feeding section of your plan is written from your answers.

Is phone support enough without a home visit?

Nurture Support is a phone program: a personalised sleep plan, daily written check-ins via a shared online document, and phone check-ins every 2 to 3 days. Nurture Home adds one home visit where we can go through your personalised Sleep Assessment and Plan and settle your baby to sleep with my guidance and support.

What if my baby was premature or has reflux?

Every program starts with a free 15 minute call, where I ask about medical problems and weight gain before anything else, and where a GP's clearance is needed first I will say so. I have been a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse at Monash Health since 2011.
