I love babies and I love sleep!

A little bit about me ...

My love for babies led me to my profession as a Registered Nurse specialising in Neonatal Intensive Care where I get to look after the tiniest, bravest most vulnerable humans I know for the last 13+ years!

Equipped with a Bachelor in Nursing, a Master's in Nursing (Neonatal Intensive Care), and a Sleep Consultant Certification, I've got the skills and experience to tackle a wide range of challenges that your family may face!

I was intrigued by the science of baby sleep from my first child. When he was a young baby, I faced the challenges of sleep deprivation and found myself frantically googling every possible solution. I discovered a treasure trove of online resources about baby sleep, but a lot of the advice was confusing, for example:

  • Many tips conflicted with each other.
  • I couldn't always get the right mix of advice to work for my little one.
  • The advice wasn't personalised to my baby.
  • Some recommendations didn't align with my parenting style and values.

This curiosity in baby and infant sleep led me to become a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant. Fast forward a couple of years and I have now helped many families get the sleep they need. You can see what some of them have to say about my services here.

When I'm not working with babies and their parents (in either sleep consulting or nursing) you can find me hanging out with my family, planning our next adventure, or indulging in something sweet!

With all that said, I'm here to help you and your little one achieve your sleep goals, no matter how big or small!

Together, we'll chat about what works best for you and your unique situation, and I'll craft a personalised plan to set you on the path to healthier sleep habits.

Let's make those sweet dreams a reality!
